Fun Lesson Activity about The Dog Face
Objective: This is an Internet research project.
Materials: Computers with access to the Internet.
Instructions: Begin by discussing the domestication process of dogs. Tell the students that dogs came from wolves but were domesticated and bred over many years to create many different types of dogs. Ask the students if they have dogs and what type of dog they have. Take the students to the computers and tell them to find in their opinion the cutest or coolest type of dog that they know. Have them print off a picture and have them research the origin of this type of dog. Make the right a short paragraph on the type of dog and then have all the students present their information to the class.
